 BASIC
Stamp® are small computer modules that runs easy-to-read
BASIC programs. Its feature make it ideal for many prototyping
and control applications and it is programmed from a standard
PC.
They have 8 or 16 I/O lines, which can
be connected directly to a host of other TTL-level devices.
With just one or two extra components, the pins can also
be connected to non TTL devices.
Their simple language and easy interfacing
make Basic Stamp ideal for many applications, for the hobbyist,
educator or industrial customer. Using PBASIC, the controller
software can be easily written by technician, instead of
engineers.
